- You complete 48hrs of sleep logging
- Initial 45-60 min phone/skype consult to assess your current situation and answers
- I complete your Groovy Babies Individualized Sleep Success Guide
- combined 3 hr phone or skype consult
- Email support till for 4 weeks
- Additional hours: $120/hr
- Twins: Additional $40
- option for a 3 month retainer support after completion of package
