- 45 minute phone consultation and assessment of current sleep issues, sleep environment, current nutrition requirements and a maternity stress questionnaire. This will include an overall identification of your sleep needs and goals.
- Then 30 min follow-up phone call in which your personalized sleep plan will be discussed and emailed to you.
- Follow up phone call/email 3 days later to assess progress and if any changes need to be implemented. Follow up phone call/email 7 days later.
