So if you are having problems with bed time resistance, frequent night wake ups, early morning rising nap transitions, night weaning, separation anxiety or even night terrors this package is age appropriate for you.

I help you to teach your toddler new tools to help them get back to sleep, with nurture and supportive techniques.
