I have personally been to sleep school and know whilst the medical side of the health of my children was addressed, the sleep and settling side approach was not suitable for my family, and the feeding issues were missed!
I wanted to approach sleep from a WHOLISTIC standpoint of nurturing the bond between my children in regards to sleep health, not from the mindset that they or myself was “somehow broken” and “needed to be fixed”.
AND to be honest the environment scared the hell out of me. My healthy kids in a hospital ward….. it just didn’t make sense.
